Now you can buy a half lamb. We have cut and wrapped a half lamb. Cuts include 4-5 lb ground lamb, 2 leg roasts, 2 - 3 lb of shoulder chops, 1 lamb shank, 2 lb of loin chops, 1 rack of lamb. Approx 15 lb of lamb meat.
Antibiotic and hormone free. Supplemental feed was organic feed.
