Saturday Night Dining

It was high time for a splendid meal so we pulled our T-bone steaks out of the freezer. We had bought them from Arrowhead Meats the week before and were eager to get a bite into them.

We placed them in the fridge overnight to allow the T-bones to thaw. (It also works good to leave them in cold water) Suddenly it dawned on us that we didn't have a new recipe to go along with our steak.

This would never do so we tried a recipe from Let me tell you it was the perfect choice. Later that evening as we shared memories around the table our taste buds were delighted to experience the great taste of T-Bone steak.

Once again Natural raised steak and excellent recipe collide to create a brilliant dining experience.
